From the character’s neck downwards is a portrait of Susanna Fuhrmann as painted by Peter Paul Rubens. Neither homage nor parody, but just wanting to paint, I ran my brush and it turned out this way. And for some reason, I felt like making the face a cat. While I’m not familiar with spiritual tales, it is said that the ancestors of all cats were aliens from the Sirius star system. The painting of this portrait was guided by these (admittedly nonsensical) spiritual teachings surrounding the Sirius star system denizens.
