Might Be Fictional Tendency (2015)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The occult elements included in this piece are not calculated. It expresses a composition of justice and evil using an approach inspired by animation. It is also a caricature of expression. But what exactly is a composition of justice and evil? The villains come from another world, binding themselves to human desires and stealing their lives. Justice opposes them, for the sake of the world and those it wishes to protect. These kinds of stories are created all over the world because people like them. But why do people like them so much? Perhaps those people have been trying to live this way? That being said, one could argue that victorious countries that attacked and destroyed others go against the human notion of what justice is. In that case, did human beings have a common enemy, before they started fighting each other? Or was it a byproduct of strategic propaganda, aimed at creating a false enemy so that people would be reassured that their actions were justifiable? This is what I had in mind when I made this piece.
