Chaos Meditation (2017)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

The face of this warrior-looking man expresses the calm before the storm at the onset of the world war. This man, obtainable through meditation, is made of various objects that could be considered helmets; that is, objects that can decisively overturn the course of a chaotic battle. It also expresses the third eye, the flowering of the mind. And the man realized that he, himself, was the enemy. In addition, although the outer side of the helmet displays what could be victory or defeat in a battle, the inner side of the scroll, which should express the knowledge gained, instead says “Whatever” in a cursive style. It expresses the life principle that everything depends on one’s way of thinking. One more aesthetic is the wasteful sacrifice of life.
